I think that teaming with Oscar is the best thing Martinez could ever do for his BB. career!
Oscar his a great motivator beside being a really tough trainer, he his the kind of man who can push Martinez to the limit during workout and in the most grueling way. For Victor,Oscar his a better choice than Glass as a trainer because of the motivation element and the fact that Oscar make his clients workout harder than Glass and take care of them  more than the one hour they are together. What I am  trying to say is that Glass is just a personal trainer (a elite one) but Oscar is more than that,he is a coach!
Moreover oscar can take care of his nutrition aspect better than Joe McNeal because can see Victor on regular basis.

oscar is amazing for motivation and positive thinking. this is a huge part of bodybuilding success that many totally discount. outside of that, he doesnt know jack shit. but its a huge piece of the puzzle, a piece vic has been missing.

Oscar is not infallible by any mean, I just think that in the current circumstances he is the better choice for Victor!
