Allright, what questions should we ask Dr. Venus Ramos when we see her at the Los Angeles Fit Expo?

LOS ANGELES – January 22, 2011 – If your New Year’s resolution was to get fit while looking and feeling better, Dr. Venus Ramos, M.D., has a new workout program that uses a high intensity aerobic routine to get your body working towards both goals. SeXercise is the first workout DVD developed and led by a medical doctor that is designed to help women perfect 10 sexual positions for better experiences in the bedroom.

“Our workout can help women feel healthier and happier this new year,” Dr. Ramos said. “We designed the workout to really empower women and increase their self-esteem. True beauty begins with inner confidence and that is the ultimate in sexiness!”

Dr. Ramos is a licensed physician with a specialty in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She was co-host of a sports show called “Her View of the Game” and was a semi-finalist on the recent revival of the popular show “American Gladiators.”  She is a high-ranking competitor within the National Physique Committee, having placed in the top 5 at national-level contests such as Team Universe, Junior USA, and North American Championships

Ramos leads her SeXercise team through a rigorous high intensity workout that is designed to challenge every fitness level – from a beginner all the way to an advanced athlete to build strength and develop stamina. Both are very important in the bedroom.

“Our new DVD focuses women on a high intensity aerobic workout program that can really help them get fit and toned,” said Ray Palomino, founder and president of SeXercise. “SeXercise can also help women exude confidence in everything they do in life. The 2011 UCLA Strength & Conditioning Camp is designed to take your performance to the next level, in whatever sport you play. UCLA's Athletic Performance Staff will train you on the field and in the weight room, just like the Bruins. The camp will teach you how to train properly to improve your speed, agility, technique and power. Take advantage of this great opportunity to improve your performance!

WAIVER OF LIABILITY The UCLA Sports Camps Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement is required for every camper, and must be signed by the camper's parent or guardian before s/he may participate in any camp activities. The waiver may be submitted at the time of registration, or at any point before the start of camp. If the signed waiver has not already been received with registration and payment, a copy will be sent via email.

REFUND POLICY
There is a $10 per-session cancellation fee for ALL cancellations made prior to the cancellation deadline. Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by fax or email) by 5:00 PM on Monday, January 24th. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellation after this time. NO REFUNDS will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. No credit for future camps will be issued. You will receive an emailed confirmation of your cancellation request once it has been received.

HEALTH CARE & INSURANCE
Each camper must provide his/her own medical insurance. Parents or guardians will be billed for any medical care given at the UCLA Medical Center or at other hospital facilities. Members of the UCLA Athletic Training staff are on duty to administer to minor injuries or illness. Camp medical staff is NOT responsible for administering prescribed medication.
