I'm all for freedom of choice, but will always call for transparency in those industry sectors open to the public.
Whether those industries be service industry outlets such as cafes, restaurants etc; or public health depts such as Hospitals.
In fact, I'd also include private businesses of any kind, that should be, at the very least, fully regulated in an effort to control any potential plague.
