 i have no reason to believe he had 27 inch arms, what more proof do you want?   this aspiring bodybuilder only needs 8 inches, and lower his body fat substantially and he will to possess 27 inch arms  - god, bodybuilders have no shame

No way did Mike Quinn have a 27 inch arm, LOL. In the 90s there was an Austrian Strongman competitor called Manfred who had 28 inch arms. His arms were way bigger than what Mike Quinn is displaying there. The expression on Mike's face says it all. Let's see behind the tape measure please.

Manfred Hoebl's arms were "only" 25 inches, not 28.

i saw mikes arms measured for real with a pump in some maagazine many years ago and it was 21".Obviously there joking casue you can only count 8" on the front which means 8" on the back and 2-3 top and bottom which puts him at around 20-22".

Photos like that are so f**cken ridiculous. Ok, what do we see in the front: we see numbers 20,21,22,23,24,25,26 and 27 - plus the top and bottom numbers not visible would be 19 and 28. On the other side of the tape, we should have numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17 and 18 So, 8 numbers visible in the front and 18 on the other side.... yeah riiiiiight...

Manfred was full of oil. Whether Synthol, or overloaded on oil based injectable's (Like Greg Valentino claims in his book). Prolly a skinny armed twink these days.
