The 2012 Pagani Huayra.. check the interior

http://www.autospies.com/news/STUD-or-DUD-Is-The-2012-Pagani-Huayra-The-Most-UNIQUE-Supercar-61163/

When the man puts his name on something, he truly makes it his own. Design is an entirely subjective manner. I may like it, you may hate it; however, at the end of the day, I am pretty confident we can all agree on something...

No one has produced anything quite like this before.

Both long and wide, the Zonda replacement -- the Huayra -- is going to be one seriously aggressive-looking machine. In this writer's eyes, the Zonda always seemed a little kit-car-ish and as if some pieces were afterthoughts. This time around though, it looks like everything was CAREFULLY thought out.

Equipped with a 6.0-liter AMG-built bi-turbo V12, we're talking about more than 700 horsepower and more than 740 pound-feet of torque. Keep in mind this all will be in a package weighing less than 3,000 pounds. Top speed is said to be near the 230 mph mark

Looks just like an updated Zonda ( not a bad thing ) Ferrari is on another level , Pagani did however carve out a niche for itself for a new company

their interiors are amazing

Great interiors, limit numbers, AMG engines, and a 6:48 'Ring time for a Production based car, besting the Ferrari 599 XX (6:58).

Pagaini is a beast, they and Konigsegg are young and and right there...

Still not Ferrari's match and never will be , they don't have the heritage , mystique , blood-line , race history or resources , a great effort for an up-start company but Ferrari is Ferrari

Haha, that Ring time is probably like the GT-R's Ring times.  Lots of claims, but nobody can duplicate them.

I agree, but it makes Ferrari take notice, just like when Ferruccio Elio Arturo Lamborghini complained to Enzo about the transmission in his car and he fixed it, and then started his car company...Ferrari has to stay on it's toes and produce cars that still move people...As Jeremy Clarkson has said, "Ferrari is God"

The interior makes me feel like I would never want to stop driving.

Why do the pictures have "Porsche" labels on them?

Looks cool. I might pick one up to run errands in. I'd ask what the price tag is but I'm a Getbigger so money isn't a problem.

His company only had two successes and it's been trading off the Countach since 1971 until the Germans took over , the only other Lamborghini that was a real success was the Miura , work of art especially the SV , they never really put a dent in Ferrari's armor. but your point is taken Ferraris has a lot more competition how and days and can't rest on it's laurels but Luca is leading the way in the 21st century

Their interiors on the Pagani are exceptional more bespoke than Ferrari's business-like interior , a lot of people have been complaining about the controls being all condensed into the steering wheel either but it's a race car and your hands should never leave the wheel

Check the the gearshift portion, look how the bottom portion is exposed....

The reason why th pics say "Porsche" is because that site is sponsored by Porsche.

Quite true, I still have a Jay Leno Narrated 'Fast Cars" in which Luca was talking about the F50 (this was back in 1996), he has brought Ferrari back from embarassment (the 348)

What kind of name is Huayra anyway? They should have called it the Pagani Mothra.

inside the interior is "wack", the dash is all high, one looks like a hobbit trying to look over the dash.

Ahhh, the 333sp, like ripping silk, that engine....

Who cares. Its a supercar not a sportscar. Its uncomfortable, loud, and really fucking fast. There is plenty of leg room though. It just adds the the feeling and experience. Not to mention the Diablo V12 is simply the best sounding engine ever made.

Actually if you've ever sat in one, the steering wheel sits on an angle so it doesnt even line up stright with the driver seat lol.

Which is precisely why I would never buy one. Ferrari's are the Porsche's of super cars.

It's about the vehicle, not what the manufacturer has done in the past. If the current Ferrari is a lesser vehicle than this new Zonda, it's not it's match, at all. None of the things you listed have anything to do with how things will pan out when it's comparison time. Racing heritage and brand equity mean shit if the Zonda is faster and performs better.

The Zonda is either better, or its not, and you don't know if it's not, yet.

I don't think they will let a fine piece of N. Italian machinery like that go slumming in Sicily.
