was doing some light one arm rows wich are infererior to chins though

my lower back has been sore for a few days but i think the turnip greens will kick in and heal them soon

 Well I agree with that. I eat all kinds of greens all the time too and i'm into herbal medicine.

 I'm not sure if turnip greens would cure a sore back though I don't think that's real herbal medicine. Instead i'd go with marijuana or opium for that problem.

you need bulk ingredients/building blocks

herbs and drugs only send signals or stimulate, they do nothing for building. Just like roids send signals and stimulate they do nothing for building in the long run , they are just temporarly blown up

Walker just wants attention cause he's poor now.  He's eating soup cause that's what they serve at soup kitchens.
