I dont think you need them - stricly speaking you work them out with any of the four core excertises.

Is that guy playing some sort of Street Fighter theme in between commentary?

Also, he does have a very nice build (Albeit small).

While his lifts are nothing to talk about, his vertical jump is pretty impressive.

I'd much rather listen to him then to a bunch of juice-up idiots that are complete products of synthetic drugs.  At least this guy can put together a coherent sentence.  Try asking Kai Greene for advice, he'd probably give you ths history on the practice of advice giving...

I'd be more likely to ask him to tutor someone on the SAT's or a help with Calculus.....  ;D

Seriously, the guy does have a good build.

That is true. But his approach can be unproductive or downright dangerous if a proper muscle balance is not maintained (example: abs vs back). I know he didn't say that everyone should train this way (or I missed it), but this kind of approach should always come with a disclaimer. Yeah, do 20 sets of pull ups if you want to be stubborn, when you could stimulate the biceps the same amount with 2 sets, and maybe even strengthen the weak point so that you can pull up even more! Everything works, in theory, with big enough volume. But there's usually an easier way, not that the training should be any easier, but it's more productive.

What are you rolling your eyes at? Bodybuilders, strongmen, weightlifters, powerlifters, they all strangely agree with me. Who agrees with this guy?

It's real life Ryu from Street Fighter.

Never seen that kind of "chin-ups", going up to the waist line.

Nice basic information, especially about form for deadlifts and squats, but ut I don't agree with him advocating bench press. Shallow incline presses and declines are better. Aslo needs to include some direct arm work in there.

Fact is if half of the kids would stick to the 4 basic core excersise instead of change their workout monthly depending on what Flex volume they are reading
I bet you they had a much better time and more success.
I mean you can overcomplicate everything and I understand that part of the fun at the beginning is to read and learn all the different things aling curbout weightlifting.
Weightlifting is not rocketsience I know that a lot of people want to make it look that way for their own personal reasons but mostly
to look like they know stuff but when you boil it right down to the basics all that is needed is
a) Dont give up
b) Always squat, deadlift, Military press, benchpress
c) Anything else are complimentary excersises
d) Stop curling weight
e) Eat clean
f) More is not better, rest efficiently

Thats pretty much it
