i would like to say sorry for everyone who were exposed to this pathetic thread.

my plans were delayed by a week and i went out with my buddies on friday for a few drinks, and some dog racing.

i got a few big wins and a few drinks turned into a very wild night.

when i returned home very drunk - i had a look here saw what has been said by the and lost it  

i am ashamed that i degraded myself like a common newbie.

acting like some sort of bigot e-rambo was absolutly pathetic - and to lower myself to the level of pillowbiter/w8m8/woten/nextbigthing/etc/ etc just makes me feel sick.

i leave for london this week, and like i said before. i will not post here again until the 31st of july - assuming i reach my diet goals, and am no longer a vengeful fool - after this thread its clear its for the best.

i appreciate the nice comments in my goodbye thread, and will miss the banter with most of you.

i must say however - please no one accept these animals mentioned above - give them no peace, no respect, no quarter.
