The "higher instances" put me on a new training, intented to bring up my arms on par with my chest... weird split, 6 days a week but it's almost scary how fast I'm growing... 

D1: Chest shoulders
D2: Arms
D3 Legs
D4: back
D5: Arms
D6: Legs
D7: off...

So you are hitting your limbs 2x more than your torso.....interesting.

I can see hitting arms that often but what about legs.....is it more of an isolation type routine....extensions and the like?
