WHOA!!!!!.... Given all that is happening now and soon to come I no longer doubt that this may very well happen. It explains very well why governments around teh world are sinking so much money into all of these extreme forms of technology that can change weather, possibly create earthquakes/storms, cause pandemics amongst humanity etc etc...THIS IS DOWN RIGHT SCARY WHEN CONSIDERING THE TECHNOLOGY NOT ONLY EXISTS BUT HAS EXISTED FRO YEARS/DECADES...
