All natural. There was use in the past but the man is a genetic freak. He has been clean for 5 years. I think he is about 165 here or so. He wants to get down to 150. Discuss

Yes he is natural. All of us here are doing it wrong and will never get it right. God, and I just thought doing barbell curls would build biceps, this is a thinking mans sport!!!

He isn't strict at all. He works nights as a nurse so no time for the gym. As for his diet he told me he eats alot og gummy worms and crap but he still tries to get his protein in. A lot of caffine use for sure to stay awake at night. Ill try to let him defend himself through me if he sends me texts after reading this thread. He doesn't train anywhere near as hard as i do and he has still managed to maintain a damn good physique.

I have been natural my whole life, don't compete but live the lifestyle cuz I love the dedication. Eating clean year round every 2 in a half to 3 hours and never missing a workout. I do this because I know i have to work that much harder cuz I don't use anything. Let me be the first to tell you, I have really no time to go out on the weekends and do fun things. I can't imagine how little time the actual competitors with jobs and families have for doing rec activities.

Depends on the person. He goes out and parties quite a bit. However it doesn't work out in his favor that much. When people see him in close they can tell he is in shape but there is nothing eye popping perhaps. He has everything a woman could possibly want (reasonable money, decent looking guy, elite level body, great job) yet he doesn't pull huge numbers or 10's. I tell him he is shopping in the wrong area (college bars) but what do i know. I personally like women who are a bit more mature in behavior and have careers going for them.

Ya and he looks awesome. Bodybuilding is an illusion. I rather look like him and weigh 165, than be a 220lb gym thug whos out of shape, but hes happy cause hes 220! And bigger than YOU! ho ho ho lol
