Weight alone means nothing. You can be 6 foot and weigh 90kg because you have a belly and double chin, or you can be 6 foot and weigh 90kg and be called Serge Nubret.

I personally don't think so. I think he actually wants to lose muscle. He hates the bodybuilding look and is trying to shed the muscle he used to have.
