I think it's a mix of an ocelot and a house cat.  I saw a guy at work with one and he said they breed them for pets in different ratios.  He paid $2000 for it. Personally I wouldn't want a cat with to much ocelot in it.  Imagine if it had a bad day when you went to pick it up?

That cat is an Ashera cat - a cross between an african serval and asian leopard - they cost about $20,000 in the US.

My cousin's neighbor had a cat like that. It was wild and mean as fuck. "cool story, dude" sidenote his parents got arrested for drug dealing. I guess that's how they could afford the cat. :-\
