Groink, you mentioned adding 30lbs over 10 years, so "only" 3lbs a year.
Thing is, it never happens like that. No one adds an even amount of muscle tissue on a yearly basis, or even close. Never happens. Never. Ever.

This is a common argument by the natural though. "Hey I only added 1-2lbs a year on average, that's possible all natural". The reality is that they added 95% of that when they hopped on the drugs 15 years ago. Now they're still on the same drugs and maybe another 2lbs heavier - if lucky.
Look at Faildo. All juiced up and no great gains (looking at scale). Average gain per year is miniscule. Still a long term drug addict, nothing natural about him.
