 Why did Flex seem to keep all the synthol in his arms. But his delts just shrunk all the way down?

 Do biceps hold synthol longer than delts?

It was mostly his delts...his arms, namely bis have always looked the same

But who knows, except for Flex...

The "23 inch arms" is when Flex is training arms, and he says "______ here is are waterboy..."  Dude is wearing a white long sleve shirt, and Flex is then saying after asking about showing  his arm...he or Rico in the background goes  "Stretch your shirt..."

Dude says he'll be back, and Flex says, "Watch he'll never come back, 'uuh, i gotta go eat'...bastard."
