Just finished watching it. It was OK - sort of like Cloverfield, incl. the hand-held, shaky camera POV that I don't like at all. There was almost no comedy in it.

The subtitles were atrocious, but the scenery was great. Looks a lot like NZ's south island.

why not have a competition between the real men of getbig? there are a lot of guys that could make this a highly competitive thing. you got spike, stav, wes, tim fogarty, xfactor, jude, meso, ryan, coach, will grant, arvillia bascially anyone who has competed before.

get some good prize money up. get some supp companies to sponsor it. do it right. aim for a date like the start of summer, so you get the added benefit of being in shape this for the summer.

something like this could generate way more interest than 'mr 150 pounds of fury'.

it'd be pretty highly competitive if the right incentives were in place. could be pretty fucking epic actually. it would generate a lot of buzz.

I think if you have the rights judges they'll look past lighting and other cheap tricks that the twinks of 'mr getbig' employ to make up for lack of muscle or degree of leanness.

lighting wouldn't fool guys like GH15, ron and a lot of veteran competitors who'd hopefully judge it. actually you could even have an honor system where guys that are competing judge everyone else but themselves too.
