And don't be so sure that I will "pwn" you, remember I haven't been in contest condition for over 8 years now, and maybe I'm past it, being that I just recently turned 37, but I sure as hell am gonna give it a go ma man. P.S. Mr Nobody has some recent pics of me, and he will testify that I look like shit, being well over 15% in those photos he has that were taken in early October. And yeah, I'm a little bit leaner now but I ain't no sub-12, and you are sitting at 10% at the moment. In fact, gh15 put you at 8% just recently, if I remember correctly?

I pushed the date back because a couple people asked me to.

Several contestants, including myself, are about to go on long vacations in exotic countries. And while on vacation we can't be bothered to exercise and diet. We will be too busy taking trains to cool cities, doing drugs, fucking whores and chillin on the beach.

I figured June 1st would be better because then people will have time to actually get in shape. And summertime will be here so we will be in shredded summertime shape.

April 15th seemed too rushed and people probably wouldn't even diet down if we did it so fast.

But it's all about what you guys want. If you all want to date pushed back up I can do it.

This will be interesting. X has wheels but no calves and decent arms. dj has the torso but struggles on arms and wheels. It will probably come down to the symmentry round.

But please remember Mr. N, this little mini contest btw X and I will be solely based upon who is the leanest. My game plan is to get absolutely shreaded by April 15th, and pwn da X man within da process, and then to stay shreaded while gaining anywhere from 5 to 15 pounds of LBM over a 6 week period, which will coincidentally be on da June 1st deadline

1600, which is roughly equal to my BMR. BMR=bodyweight(kg)X24. After a few weeks, if I ain't satisfied wit my progress, I will start a cycle diet of 3 days @ 800 cals followed by 1 day of the "see-food" diet (eat whatever I see)

I'm not doing any running at da moment but I will and it in if needed.

I weigh 75 kg, but I estimate my bodyfat at 13-14%, so therefore my lean bodyweight is roughly 66 kg.

Those pics of me in this thread are from 10 months ago. Since then i've lost about 6 kg. I'll lose a few more and be cut.

I think i'm the underdog in this competition so i should train like a madman. Lately i've been lazy though. Just don't feel like lifting, rather go ride my bicycle or rock climb at the rock wall. Weight lifting just gets boring sometimes.

Yes Shipsekki has the drive to win this but dj181 has the same drive, now X dont have the same drive but has decent genes so it may come down to the wire between genes and will.
