Anyway I think I will withdraw from the competition.. now before you all jump to the REPLY button with your shaky mouse accuracy let me clarify certain things. I got a lung infection 2 days ago and now it hurts when I swallow and have a little fever, and in addition to that I'm going to venezuela just next week for 3 weeks to get stupid and self destructive. So it would be impossible for me to have that; "Prety good devilsmile, you could have a rly good built if u wanted to, what do you weight" look of mine when I'm crisp and am "strong".

SO... I will just post new pics this week, how about that, you fags can use them in the competition if you want

I didn't disapear, like I said before i'm travelling. But I decided to drop into an internet cafe to see what's up.

I'm probably gonna look like shit when contest time comes. Right now i'm walking miles and miles every day wearing a backpack that must weigh like 50 pounds. It's gonna get me ripped but I don't know how much will be left of me. I think i'velost like 5 pounds in the past week and a half.

I'm not gonna shave my body hair though. ANd i'm not gonna use oil. I'm just gonna rub my own stanky sweat all over myself. It's more natural.

78,5kg actually.... but I ate a panpizza and ate some icream so it's water weight. Training has also gone rly well so my weight hasn't gone below 77kg unless I have done cardio.

we are talking about a whole differend muscle quality here, che boy.... if i dieted down to contest shape I would barely weight 62kg.... but with water weight smooth/ripped i am over 75kg
