Well, as far as "feeling good and being healthy" aerobic exercise pwms the livin' shit out of resistance training in dat regard.
Yeah man. I spent 3 solid years lifting weights 3x a week. I almost never missed a workout and every workout was pretty intense. And by the end my body just didn't really feel that great.
Then 2 months ago I quit lifting. I've been hiking and biking and swimming a lot, lost some size, lost over 10 pounds, but I feel so much better. Cleaner, more energy. And my face has got the leanz back. Chiseled jawline, the ladies are starting to smile at me more again.
Lifting weights really isn't all that healthy. From now on i'm just gonna lift like 2x per week and make cardio and yoga the central elements of my fitness regimen.
Being bulked up doesn't get you pussy, being lean and vascular gets you pussy.
