I'm starting to lean down a tad bit, abs are slightly more visible and more striations in chest etc.. But what really made the biggest difference was to drop carbs almost completely. Veins started showing and now the three big heads of the quad muscles are way more separated and even slightly striated if one looks closely. Fluid retention makes you look fatter than you really are. That together with a tan made quite a difference.

Not sure how it'll show in pictures though... but I'm still on my quest to lose blubber and I might post progress pics a couple weeks from now. My goal is to get very lean abs and full separation between the quad muscles.
