Seriously though, my bench isn't too great, i'll admit that. My deadlift is alright. But my squat is pretty impressive for my body weight.

My quads are fucking epic. Just ask your Mom about that. She saw them up close.

groink, this one oldschool bodybuilder from the 80's, a finnish bodybuilder, can't remember his name said that it's pointless to go above 10% bodyfat in the offseason, just pointless.

I guess. ..I'm not a competitive bber so I would be just another asswipe giving his "expert opinion" about something he's never done.....I think we have enough if that already.

I think I'm not lean enough but I don't diet and shit so I have no one to blame but myself. I seriously think about getting on the GH train A LOT these days so I can be 8% with zero effort too. We all ain't like you dude...you are lucky.
