Here is what I have done over a 5 week time span. Remember, I am in "limbo-land" now, that certain place btw looking ok and looking damn good. It has to do with both level of bodyfat, and with conditioning. As of now, I am sub-10, but to enter that "higher ground" I gotta be sub-8. And speaking of conditioning, I'm not so sure how that goes... I used to think it was based upon training to make the muscles "pop out" but maybe it just has to do with getting very lean (sub-8)?
