For 200# squats i usually use 2 100# dumbells and strap them, then i'll just squat while holding them down at my sides. For 150# or less i'll clean and jerk a barbell up onto my shoulders.

 All about being safe and avoiding injury.

 Sometimes if i'm feeling strong i'll bring it up to about 220# or 230#. But I like to do at least 8 reps with a full ROM. So I don't go for high weights usually.

 It's nothing special. It's just one of those really cheap, small weight benches and a bunch of plates. That's it.

Let me break it down for you.....

You are a fat, ugly bastard. Kinda like an orc, ogre, or perhaps a hippo.
 Therefore, you do not care about symettry, lines, cuts, or looking attractive, because it'll take an act of God to make you look good. That conehead of yours and the down syndrome face ain't gonna start looking good anytime soon.

 So instead, you just go the powerlifter route. Trying to lift huge weights and go for sheer mass. Bragging and thinking it's awesome to weight almost 300 pounds and lift 900 pounds.

 Well, i'm the opposite of that. I am an incredibly sexy man, handsome, good looking, charming, cut and in shape, abs. Man why would I care about how much weight I put up? I'm too busy looking good. I'm too busy being a lean sex machine. I'm too busy having women come over to my apartment drunk at 3 a.m. for a long hard fucking.

 So I guess you and I just have different philosophies about weight training.
