 Yes my chest is coming up. On chest day I started trying more unorthodox training techniques and they are working great. Last time I did 3 drop sets of weighted push ups and the swolez were out of this world brother. I was bouncing my titties with 100% muscular control.

 Will I have a better chest than Arnold Swartzenegger? Maybe, we'll see.

 I just goyta burn off the fat around the upper abs/lower chest to bring it out more.

 I'm gonna try for sure.

 Starting tomorrow i'm gonna start doing cardio. Gonna tighten up the diet and try to get a little more cut. Then for the contest i'll try a little carb manipulation, try to dry out a bit.

 I think getting shredded should be no problem. I gotta a little fat now but there 3 more weeks, should be long enough to burn that shit off. Just gotta keep the muscles as full as I can too.
