 I got a booty call who comes over here 2 or 3 times per week. I'll fuck her for about 120 minutes each session.

 I also got another one too, but she's flakey. I only see her about once per week.

 But this means I usually get my fuck on about 2-4 times per week and I always go long and strong. That's my main cardio. Both these women love to get fucked long and hard and take the cock forever. They are my training partners and they are part of TEAM BFRS. And after they get fucked they usually just leave and there's none of that dating bullshit.

 I also ride bicycle about 3x per week, and since it's getting warm i'll start hiking small mountains again. Sometimes I like to climb the rock wall, but lately havn't been going there.

 What about you? What kind of cardio do you do brother?

My main form of cardio is "AT" runs. That's a 12 to 20 minute run at the aerobic/anaerobic threshold level, which is at a pace where you can barely speak more than 10 words at any one time. This is a hard run, not some pussyass jogging. By the way, I envy yo sexual poweress ma man 8)

 Yes it is great. I had a cardio session this afternoon that lasted about 90 minutes with brutal intensity. By the end of it I was dripping sweat, she was too, it got funky, I better wash the bedsheets after all that butdussy.

 We'll see. If I can nail the carbing up and down and dehydrate myself a little bit I will probably be cut.

 Keeping the mass and muscle fullness is the tricky part, burning the fat is child's play.

 Yes that's how i'll do my carbing.

 I hate tanning too. I might get a slight tan but nothing major. No creams or any shit like that for me either. I'll just be white.

 I'm not shaving either. I'll just go over my body with a head buzzer but i'm definitely not gonna use shaving cream and razors and all that. I don't see how guys can stand doing that shit.

 Just hit legs and abs. Abs are coming out more.

 There's a soft layer over my abs. I can't tell if it's water or fat. I'll definitley be lean for the contest though.

LOL, the contest is already over in a sense and you've won, IMO. There's going to be maybe a 2-3% change in appearance from now till June 1st from the guys, so come the day, all of you are going to look almost the same as what you look like now, in the pics you've posted so far.
