Due to me taking a 'business trip' the weekend prior to the competition, my team had advised me to just 'guest pose'...no sense in getting all worked up for an imaginary title with no prize $$ or plastic trophy.

True, it can make you look flat or filled out, depending on how you do it. I was talking more about changes to body composition.

Even the difference between a really flat or filled out version of your physique will only be around 5% tops, give or take a couple, because all of you guys are well below 200 lb.
