Good idea. I'll try that with the carbs. Also hit the sauna before the contest and dry out.

 I'm gonna start lifting again tommorrow, but lifting weights is just one element of my program.

 With the weights. Lately i've been hitting the weights hard for about 3 weeks, then i'll take about one week off. I think taking a week off once per month is great for the musclez.

 After about 3 weeks of lifting hard, my body gets SORE as fuck. Seems like it's not good to keep pushing it. Gotta listen to what your body is telling you.
X2 recovery is key for a natural so you always got to watch that. Keep hitting the cardio with the hoes good to go.

 You shold start with a skinny woman. Then as you get stronger, find bigger and bigger women for more resistance. As you can see, this athlete is using high weight, very impressive.

 Notice he is standing up, which means he can really crunch those abs. Add a bounce in the calves and get a calf pump too. This is more of an isolation movement.

 Yesterday I fucked some bitch for 80 minutes. For the final 20 minutes I was in another dimension just pounding that shit doggystyle. Seriously my head was way up in the clouds. Then I busted a load all over her back and collapsed on the bed, I came back to reality and I realized my heart was pounding out of my chest and I was dripping in sweat, but while I was fucking I didn't even really notice it.

 The key is to keep fucking long and hard until you go into another dimension. Then keep going, further, further, further.....

 Make sure you have a good training partner for this. My ex-girlfriend was HOT as fuck be she used to beg for me to stop after just ten minutes. I couldn't even nut. I had to jerk myself off afterwards just to get off. Fucking LAME.

 Yes indeed brother. Before the contest the carb timing, water manipulation and epic pump from lifting is gonna be a TRIPLE THREAT to make me look like Bill Goldberg.

 My cardio is going great. Bottle of red wine and 90 minutes of fucking including anal. Drenched in sweat. Felt like I was gonna have a heart attack for 2 minutes afterwards. That'll get you in shape quick.

 Dude, if you're gonna train hard, diet, put on a thong an oil, carb load, dehydrate, shave, get out the camera, and take pics, you might as well go all the way.

 Would Dexter Jackson go onstage without hitting the ab and thigh and the late spread? No he woudn't. You and I are on his level, we gotta represent properly.

 Let's see what the judges think.

 I think we should just do it all. Front and back double biceps and very important to see what the arms and upper body looks like.

 But, that's probably because I don't have any shame and I don't care if I look like shit in a pose. I don't have any ego about my body. My body is just a shell for my soul.
