I tweeked my shoulder and havn't lifted in four days. Before that I didn't lift for 6 days. Also I got drunk for the past 3 days straight.

Shoulder feels good today though so i'll go all out until contest day. But this month my weight training has been shit. Lots of good cardio though.

Seems like this "contest" is kinda falling apart $:-\$ I'll post update pics on May 27/28th, but I really won't be ready til end of July or even the end of August. I am sitting at sub-8 now, but I don't think that I weigh much more than a buck 50

By the end of July/August, I'll still be sitting at sub-8, but I'll be around 165.

And X, I showed your suited photo to a few female friends of mine, and they said to me "Yes, he is very good looking
