Nope. Now I hit legs 2x per week only about one week per month. I think doing it all the time is over training, and after a few weeks it just makes you feel too thrashed. But sometimes hitting legs 2x per week is a great thing to do. Just not for a long time.

 Especially if you play other sports too. Hitting legs 2x per week will make you feel like you just ran across the fucking country.
