Falcon you talk alot about calories. What is your daily food intake (list)? To maintain ~275 lbs I would think it would be quite high.
i dont think my calories are nothing super high or rediculuous
a typical day
64 ounces of juice bout 1000 calories of juice
120 ounces of water
some walnuts and raisons 300-400 calories
beans and rice 2-3 servings 250 calories per serving
peanutbutter sandwiches maybe 2 or 3 maybe 350-400 calories a sandwich
32 ounces of more juice 500 calories
more water
so maybe 3500 calories a day or 4000 calories
i should keep better track though those sandwiches add up, but that doesnt mean i will reduce calories. i eat food as needed or when hungry
