Couple of guys that i've known have done legit sustanon 750 mg per week, 400 mg deca per week and 50 mg dianabol per day and only gained very very little if anything, then they ask what i take and it's usually 250-500 mg sustanon and maybe a little t-bol or d-bol and i still get what i want out of those so then they ask me what should they do? very easy, monday= 3cc of test in one cheek, 3cc of deca in the other. and 3cc of test into one quad on thursday. I hate pinning

its a fast acting deca. no water retention. a lot of the same sides as tren, especially the nervous energy in the gym. gives you a nice full round look. this shit is the bomb.

im gonna try with the "regular" deca...im gonna start in 1.5month superdrol test and deca.

4th month off!! i cant believe i managed to go that "far" off..

superdrol is from prim performance...norma test and deca. "clean" diet.

I will basically try to "grow while loosing bf%".

as for cardio i ride my bike to and from the gym (20+20 mins) 5 days a week.
