I just bought (what it appeared to be ) the first Arnold mag of 2011 ...
Muscular development has an Arnold cover issue with Arnold circa 73' blasting biceps pic...... but the Mag is in a plastic sealed bag so you have to buy it to see what's inside .....I did and guess what ? there's nothing about Arnold inside, there just 80 % adds !

Muscular Develoment = FRAUD !

Haha, you can just go to a 7/11, WaWa, a bookstore, Rite Aide, CVS, and they hav the damn thing w/o the plastic...

Plus, how many Arnold bicep articles do you need? They are basically all the same, with the same damn pics, there are only so many pics taken...

Exactly, mags are a waste of money in today's world. Unless you buy a mag for reading at work or something like that. Other than that, how many Arnold only mags have there been. Each with the same recycled pics.

The mags are assholes for saying "secret this" and "secret that". Then they say "ohhhh there is no secret, you gotta work hard".  

I understand its a business, but don't be a fool. Save your $$$.

arnolds Workout routine has not changed since the 70's
its still 5 x5

Five exercises per muscle group at 5 sets each 8-12 reps, usually 2 bodyparts a day, his workouts would last about 3 hours a day

Even in today's age who actually works out 3 hours a day? Maybe if there getting ready for a contest and that includes cardio and 2 a days. But even than?

Its only a $ 6.00 loss, If you and other potential buyers  read this thread and can b prevented from buying the damn Mag.

Well, that could be a reason to keep me busy, btw im sure youre dying to see pics of Dr.Dena and Goddess Colette the best the IFFBB has to offer when it comes to hot chicks with muscles.

 The only reason I would buy a body building mag is to check out the jacked up dudes. The info within is bogus.
