Rhino was a 'decent' size (no homo) but ended up telling the Arvilla's (Mike and Laura) that I was a 'wanna-be' BB and a joke when we lifted together... even though I wasn't (and never) juiced like he was (and the monogoloid 'woman' BB) at the time and was doing the same weight and reps(shoulders and arms day) ... total piece of shit, insecure man

As far as the topic, Alex will be a big guy dieted down....I've seen him in person and he's a thick guy. You can't tell how big someone is from pics, guys that are lean and small look more impressive in photos.

I'm working on being BOTH these days...in the mid 240's and still thick, but much trimmer around the waist and much more defined all the way around.
