There is something wrong with you if had to speak to johnny on the subject ;)

Well he's very lean all year round so he is a good person to talk to on the subject. I was going to PM you for advices on the subject. However, you were probably at scruples for an extended lunch..Then i figured you would say have a few shots of Whiskey and that would warm your ass up.. :D

Yes, it really gets harder to stay warm with each percent. I notice it the most when I go for a evening swim in the summer and drying up. Killer. Have to keep moving to keep the temperature up.

Impossible.

I've been sleeping with an electric blanket year round since my bodyfat dropped into the single digits.

The older you get, the worse it gets.

Fat guys are always hot and sweating even in the winter. I have a friend who is 300lbs. and brags how he wears shorts year round in New Jersey.  I was telling my wife that story in a restaurant and a big buffalo walks by in shorts.  It's 25 degrees here with a strong wind.

On the topic of % of body fat.  Guys are delusional about what % they are. I see soft chubby guys in the gym claiming 15% when they are 25%.  10% on a 170 and above guy is really lean.

My statement was based upon very dedicated and serious trainers, and not based upon "the average Joe". When I was sub-7 I don't ever remember being cold, in fact I always felt rather warm, and I think it must have had something to do with the reved up metabolism from training twice daily (weights in the afternoon and running at night) nearly every single day of the week.
