yes, Im about your height and I am shooting for something inbetween, 225-230 lbs 6-9% bf. I think I can do it with a light cycle one or two times per year. I would never touch GH though, my bone structure and frame are so just damn perfect to risk changing it at all. I have seen plenty of 250lbs ripped dudes that look like shit because of their busted midsection.
btw kevin, how is your workout slpit?
Very basic, the only difference is I do cardio when doing a prep and since my metabolism is very fast I don't do any when I'm not competiting.
M- Chest/tris, calves
T- Back/bis, abs
W- Quads, hamstrings, calves
T- shoulders, abs
F- bis/tris
S- Rest
S- Rest
That's pretty much a reg. week of how I train, but on sat, and sun. I might do cardio, or work on a weak body part during my prep. I do a lot of high volume, sometimes up to 8.
