Being fat sucks, makes you look way the fuck older too well atleast for me. And being heavy sure as hell ain`t healthy the strain on pretty much every organ is shit.

Hahaha this is great motivation now that Im on a diet!

Never been this heavy so it will feel great to finally slim down again. Its true though, its all about the lean face and body. Thats what most woman want. Honestly I could care less though, as you have to gain some fat during the off season in order to gain proper strength and mass, but its STILL nice to get those looks from the other sex, I will admit that.
