That's the damn truth.

In 2010 I was doing that stupid bulking shit. I felt like shit and was spending a ton of money on food. And in the end all I got like like 5 pounds of lean mass and 20 pounds of fat and bloat. My pussy pulling power dropped way, way down.

Now i've got rid of most of that fat and bloat and i'm on my way to hard abs and a chiseled jaw again. I'm perfectly happy to be a really cut 150 or 160 pounds.
