If I was in a diplomatic car and was about to gett fucking sorounded by protestors I would do the exact same thing.

The other part me of thinks he should try and honk the horn first . They dont move? = run them over

Seems like there must be a reason why these cars are plowing down people, Im guessing there have been people dragged from cars and killed.
