were u lifting? I was.... all steaks and potatoes too... my dad and my two brother were the same roughly 200 pounders by 18... nothing to brag about where I'm from.
I started lifting at 15 and within a couple months I got ripped as fuck and gained about 20 pounds of muscle. From 15 to 18 I was just a ripped 125-135. I was lifting a lot but wasn't eating that much and not really serious.
At age 18 I got serious and started lifting hard and eating to grow. From 18-21 I went from 125 to 170.
From then on I hovered around 150-180.
The biggest i've ever been is 182. But on my height and frame, 182 looked pretty damn bulky
A couple years ago I backpacked for 6 months and by the end I was a shredded 135 pounds. So My weight fluctuates a lot depending on what I do to my body.
I'm naturally skinny and cut. Even when I eat 8 huge meals per day the pounds only add on really slowly. But that's cool because I like to be cut and vascular with a good shape. More important than size to me.
