bro, i think you are out of touch with how much stuff guys actually use today vs your days....i used to do more than 6 cc's of test a week...the only part of his list i dont like is t he suspension...that can be harsh...but the test? very least of his worries..

suspension is great anytime. It really hits hard, you can almost feel your self grow. I use suspension along with longer esters as well while bulking. Masteron is good anytime for solid lean gains.
