I was told not to change anything until 16 weeks out, cruise as usual but train like a beast and reach certain mass milestones. I'm doing just that and ahead.. good genetics I guess...

I am... heavily for that matter.. a certain someone with quite a track record just put me on a double split with the intent of re-balancing my upper bod... "dieting" of any kind was out of the question as well, not sure why you would either...

6cc of the brown 100cc bottle a week (I think it's 250mg/cc of enanthate, cyp mix)
test suspension ED 100mg
Masteron 1cc EOD
4 proviron ED
2CC of Equipona 2x a week (200mg? dunno would have to check)
2UI of GH twice a day
10IU of insulin twice a day right before meal 1 and 6

haven't started yet but 300lb by July is our goal...
