Phil admitted on PBW that he wanted to hold on to the #2 ranking and doing the Arnold wasn't an automatic victory. There is a lot of curiousity about Evan since he hardly ever competes and is 1 for 1 in pro shows.

4-5% = in everyday world anatomy chart never heard of sick and disgusting,, 4-5% = in bodybuild cult chizeled and competition ready

6-7% = in everyday world shredded and phyiqe model,, 6-7% = in bodybuild cult ripped

8-9 % = in everyday world ripped,, 8-9% =in bodybuild cult toned and defined

10-11% = in everyday world toned and defined ,, 10-11% in bodybuilding cult starting to get lean

12% = in everyday world in shape-lean ,, 12% in bodybuild cult thick in a good way

ofcourse chizeled,,who care what you weight on scale ,,when you take shirt off and the 220 bufoon with 50lb of fat around his waist and 19 inch arm look at you with shame in his eye because he cant do it....then you know you have good base to build on,,

always always always better ripped and thin than fat and slobby,,ALWAYS,,you want larger you go hormones and eat to be larger,,
