but 'that guy' cant workout there and we have to make shit stupid commericla about them

There's this old guy that comes in the morning. He gets on the seated dip machine...the one where you just push down. Anyways...he does like a 100 reps with seriously maybe 1 inch max range of motion. Fucker looks like he's doing shrugs.

THen he gets on the vertical seated bench press and does leg presses with the assist kick stand.

We have a cable warrior. All the fucker does is cable crossovers and standing cable hercules curls. NOTHING ELSE
