Does your training protocol apply to natural trainers as well? I'm really starting to think that there is some merit to training heavy, but stopping 2 reps shy of failure. So if I was to follow this protocol, how often would I train til failure? Every 3rd workout or so? Yeah man, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD IS THE NAME OF THE GAME, but the question is how to apply it? And if you don't train til failure how do you know when you're ready to increase the training weight?
