anyway, I have a other version of versa grips which includes wrist support. Cant train without them these days =(

I tried to explain it to you yesterday, and you still haven't got it. Wolf probably doesn't respond well to free heavy barbell and dumbbell movements, be sure he has done them for years without making significant progress. He doesn't train that way cause he's lazy, he trains that way cause his back probably responds better to focused machine work.

thats one thing i give jay ultimate respect he used to catch a lot of flak fro his back
he switched his training up even copied some of the movements ronnie did and trained the fuck out of his back...
dennis wold overall from the training ive seen him done is lazy
dorian = hard trainer= mr o
coleman hard trainer= mro
jay culter hard trainer = mr o
these new pros are all fucking drugs and gurus... and machines

while dorian and ronnie did train hard to improve their backs,they always did have very good backs,jay is the one guy whose back was a weakness and thru hard training and changing things up developed a great back.

What exactly is "lazyness" about that? Maybe your own back would respond better to machine work as well, are you brave enough to open your mind and give it a try? Many people hold themselves back and won't maximize their potential cause they're unable to overcome their egos, sticking strictly to "hardcore" movements while grunting like idiots cause Ronnie and Dorian did so, without keeping in mind that those guys were 1 in a billion, the exception to the rule.

Wolf is making more money than Stubbs, and placing higher than Stubbs, so he seems to know what he's doing.

what im sayin if i was pro and the only thing standing between me and a sandow is some hard freeweight ..scrape your shins of deadlifts or rows
id suck it up and do it just like jay did
dennis wolf doesnt have the genetics to build the requisite back for a sandow like this
