lol...its not that Dennis "improved" his back...not at all. He just improved his posing, his rear lat spread. thats all.

Follow the same training would not yield same results. His back is 85% genetics (genetics and response to chemicals), 15% hard work

Not saying it would
But it would give him a thicker bactemember Jay how he was criticised for his back ... He worked hard and brought his back up in 2005 2006 his back looked quite good
He used deads and barbell rows and that helped
I'm sure Dennis doing some deads and rows won't make his back worse
That's if he's not already doing them

let me try a diferent analog..

In a horse race there is a group called "also ran", occasionallly one of these horse places 5th or 4th. You can train this horse as hard as you want until kingdom comes. But it just lacks the genetic quotient to run with the premium stallions.


Dennis my friend is an "also ran", deal with it and move on.
