Too old. No one would care past the first movie he stars in.
Arnold's heydey on the silver screen jumped the shark a long time ago.

It's phrase like when an actor or the producers of a successful television show choose a stupid concept in the later stages of it's tenure or career. Or, when a sucessful TV series takes a weird turn. It's also an actual reference to an episode of 'Happy Days'. After so many successful seasons, the show was beginning to get stale. The producers came up with the idea that Fonzi would get on water ski's and launch himself off of a ramp and over a great white shark. It's was an absolutely ridiculous episode because Fonzi was skiing in a black leather jacker with no pants. After that episode aired, the show began to tank with low ratings. hence the term...that actor/show 'jumped the shark.'

Sly has enjoyed new success, Mickey Roarke, Robert Downey junior. How can anyone really doubt Arnold. Most of the buzz is positive for his return

Difference between those guys and Arnold is that those guys were actors. They didn't live on their built alone. Arnold's built is gone, so his acting movie career is gone.

He isn't too old - if Clint Eastwood can still pull it off in films like Gran Torino and Michael Caine can do it in Harry Brown then I'm pretty sure there are roles for Arnold out there.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA have you seriously just compared Clint Eastwood and Michal Caine to Arnold?? One more time, those guys are ACTORS. Arnold was a guy with huge arms and chest standing in front of a camera. Huge difference.

If Arnold was so bad how was he the highest paid actor? If huge chest and arms was all that mattered there would be a hundred Arnolds.
