Chick, you've been quiet lately!  I thought you'd be gone from getbig.  Props for not leaving.

Do you know how many Nigerians in my area have a "dealers license"? They have lots full of broke down, or older cars, that they ship to Nigeria...

Why do you hate black people so much?  I think TO is in order for you.  We can't all be blonde Scandinavians like you , "Parker". ::)

Hey, I go to freshfoods as well.

I just don't think Evan is what people make him out to be...I do endorse what Melvin Anthony had said, "if you are not ready to do battle in Pros once you get your Pro card, then you shouldn't compete. Forget that wait a yr or or two"...
Now, the NPCs are diff than The Brits and the 80s was a diff era, so forget the Dorian comparisons.

Evan comes from a long line of overhyped bbers, who happen to be white: Chris Cook, Alex Federov, Dennis Wolf, Aaron Maddron, etc. Now, whether it's on purpose or not, it seems like these guys get this hype of being the next, without really being put to the test. Now, I do agree that they can sell mags, and are better for marketing than there darker counterparts, I just don't agree that giving them all the hype in the world without really being tested is good. Look what happened to Chris Cook, Aaron Maddron, and Alex Federov (who was pushed to topple Ronnie and Jay, when it was the other way around), and Dennis Wolf, who has never lived up to his hype.

Phil Heath didn't really have that much hype after he won his Pro card, it was only after he won his first 2 Pro shows in a row that he did. And then his famous Flex Mag spread...

I will give Evan this, he has a great set of arms and legs, a decent back, but I don't see the hype. But, I would place him over Melvin Anthony, Bill Wilmore, Troy Alves, Dennis James (if he competed), Dennis Wolf,  Marcus Ruhl, Hide, and possibly Silvio...possibly.
well he did beat alot of good bodybuilders at the ny pro, maybe not top 5 olympia bbs but descent pros so overhyped? no, hyped? yes. He has already proven that he will do just fine as a professional

For that matter, I think his claim of eating Raman and Kraft Mac and Cheese should be audited, too.  People got all bent out of shape that he implied an average of $0 income, and yet no one freaked out that he said every one here only eats raman and mac and cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL...ok, toughguy....well we'll wait for you to conduct a poll on what the "actual" average is...should be no problem since 99% of them are anonymous...

Silly me..I just figured the general idea would suffice to get the point accross.

Knock yourself out, champ...we'll be waiting for the actual numbers
