 I train my triceps the same way as Roelly doess and look at me. I look even better than him!

Rick >alenti had thick triceps as well. But what sets Roelly apart is the length of the long head of his tris, almost attaching at the elbow. Just like someone with long biceps, or low cal>es. Not many people ha>e long tris like that. Titus as well had some of the best e>er, IMO.

No. Have you seen pics of him in a lineup? Guy is too small and narrow, even Hide owns his in the side tricep.

He looks better standing alone.

Samir and Munzer are up there as well...but for a combination of size, shape, and definition, Roelly is hard to beat...
