In old times these bums had to be nice or else working people wouldnt help them out and support their shitty lives

In old times Wealth was passed down and shared amongst the family, generation after generation.  The "hard work, you are on your own" mentality is relatively new and has created a growing poor and absurdly large mediocre middle class.

 Sometimes I do lifts while wearing jeans and t-shirt. If i'm doing upper body.

 If i'm doing legs or cardio then I wear my Adidas, but for upper body lifting it doesn't really matter.

 Yes that's me pumped. Yes I am a natural. Yes you would look just like me without your steroids. Yes you have an over-inflated ego because of your drug accomplishments, but without the drugs you look like a skinny-fat David Hasselhoff.
